After Care
To make sure you get the most out of your nail enhancements please make sure you follow this aftercare advice.
​Protective gloves must be worn when cleaning, gardening or decorating. Over exposure to chemicals or detergents will weaken and cause damage to your nails and your gel polish.
Nails should not be used as tools.
Apply cuticle oil daily.
Apply hand cream daily.
Do not pick or chew at your nails or skin.
If you experience the enhancement lifting from your natural nail, do not pick it off or glue it down. Both of these can cause damage to your natural nail. Please contact me for a nail replacement service which I will do my best to fit you in for.
Rebook your next appointment for 3 weeks time.

Refunds
I am happy to provide partial refunds if you arent happy with my work or with how I handled your complaint.
To process a partial refund I would need to book you in for a full removal, once removed I will forward your refund minus £10 for removal costs.
